Our Approach 

 

We adopt a holistic approach that addresses both legal and social aspects of land and property rights. By working with communities, local authorities, legal experts, and grassroots organizations, we ensure women receive the support and advocacy they need.

Our Interventions

 

Our work focuses on legal empowerment through expert partnerships, and capacity building via training in legal literacy, negotiation, finance, and sustainable land use. We mobilize communities through group discussions, participatory mapping, and collaboration with local collectives. Our Swabhoomi Kendra (paralegal center) provides legal aid, mediation, and case analysis to support women facing land-related challenges. We also engage in policy advocacy by researching regional issues and developing data-driven recommendations to strengthen gender-sensitive land governance.
